The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is offering full-time and part-time seasonal Server positions within the Food & Beverage Team for the 2025 Golf Season. As a Seasonal Food & Beverage server, you will create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by interacting and providing excellent service. If you are a positive and energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, prides themselves on providing exceptional service, and works well in a team environment, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to members in a professional and friendly manner
- Strive to exceed service standards while working in a team service environment
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of all menu offerings and be confident in recommendations and suggested add-ons
- Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
- Contribute to banquets and events setup, execution, and tear down
- Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success
- Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission
Qualifications:
- ProServe Certification is required
- A minimum of 1-year serving experience preferred, and golf knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Must have energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Proven track record of creating exceptional experiences
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification is considered an asset
- Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location

Additional Details:
These are full time and part time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
