We are seeking Part Time Banquet Server Assistants for our Food & Beverage Banquet department. As a Banquet Server Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member service experiences with prompt, efficient and friendly service to members and guests. You will deliver exceptional experiences in all that you do and will constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members, guests and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Banquet team to provide assistance during service with tasks such as welcoming members, timely delivery of food and drinks, refilling buffet stations in addition to clearing and cleaning tables
- Provide service excellence to members and guests through displaying professionalism and a positive attitude
- Actively contribute to department teamwork and collaboration to deliver exceptional experiences
- Ensure timely and effective two way communication (verbal and written) between members, staff and supervisor
- Ensures the physical areas are well appointed, clean and maintained
- Other assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- A diplomatic, outgoing personality who is able to foster relationships with members and employees
- ProServe Certification is an asset
- Must be able to comfortable with the duties of the position for the duration of the shift and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs

Additional Details:
These are Part Time positions that report to the Banquets Supervisor. The successful candidate must have Sunday availability but may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
