We’re looking for a Part-Time seasonal Bartender to bring energy, creativity, and exceptional service to Argyle, one of our dining outlets. In this fast paced and social role, you’ll do more than craft exceptional drinks – you’ll help create memorable experiences for our members and guests with every interaction. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences with prompt, efficient, and friendly service to members and guests
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with ProServe procedures
- Address member concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues within scope and escalating to a supervisor when appropriate
- Maintain strong product knowledge of drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine to provide informed, personalized recommendations that enhance the member experience
- Maintain clean, well-appointed physical areas and ensure compliance with Glencoe Health and Safety standards, Alberta regulations, and club rules
- Follow all ProServe requirements, service standards, and Club policies and procedures to support a safe, compliant, and consistent member experience
- Actively contribute to teamwork and effective communication within the Food & Beverage department
- Complete preparation, closing procedures, assigned tasks, and required training to support smooth operations and a consistent, high-quality member experience
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year bartending/mixology experience is required, with previous experience in a private club environment considered an asset
- ProServe Certification
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- An outgoing, positive attitude and strong professionalism
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position throughout the scheduled shift, including safely lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling supplies weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Additional Details:
This is a part-time, seasonal position that reports to the Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will required to work a variety of shifts including weekends, weekdays, evenings and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
