We are seeking part-time Server Assistants to join our 29 Degrees Team for the 2026 Summer season. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member service experience with prompt, efficient and friendly service to members and guests. You will deliver exceptional experiences in all that you do and will constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members, guests and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Support the server team during service by warmly welcoming members and guests, promptly delivering food and beverages, and assisting with table clearing and cleaning
- Provide service excellence to members and guests by maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor at all times
- Actively contribute to department teamwork and collaboration to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure timely and effective two-way communication (verbal and written) between members, staff and supervisor
- Address member concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a supervisor when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is an asset
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills demonstrated in fast-paced service environments Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with members and team members.
- ProServe Certification is an asset

Additional Details:
These are part time seasonal positions that report to the Banquet Floor Manager. Successful candidates may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicants will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
