Interview Process
In most cases short listed candidates will be contacted for an initial phone/video call to review your application in further detail.
Successful candidates will then be invited to a face-to-face interview with a panel of hiring leaders, asking a variety of questions to elaborate on your skills, knowledge, abilities, and experiences as it relates to the job.

Reference Check
Reference checks are required for all successful candidates at the Glencoe. We use them to augment your application, experiences, and interview, while also confirming your employment history.
If we feel you’re the right fit for the role, we’ll outline what type of references will be necessary from you.
Employee Offer/Onboarding
