We are seeking Seasonal part-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service by warmly interacting with members, proactively addressing their needs, and efficiently resolving or escalating any feedback or concerns.
  • Conduct and maintain detailed cleaning of assigned zones, walls, ceilings, stairwells, and elevators spotless using vacuums, mops, and carpet shampooers.
  • Sanitize and disinfect floors and high-touch surfaces to maintain a completely hygienic environment.
  • Conduct floor care including scrubbing, buffing, and waxing hard surfaces to keep all surfaces looking professional and well-maintained.
  • Report any facility damage and communicate effectively with staff and supervisors using two-way radios
  • Complete tasks in line with Glencoe Health and Safety standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to support daily department goals and assist in laundry when needed.
  • Participate actively in scheduled staff meetings, professional development workshops, and internal training

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience considered a strong asset.
  • A diplomatic, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster warm relationships with members and employees
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in when needed to get things done.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all areas of the club premises.
  • Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset with the readiness to learn, apply new skills through on-the-job training, and take verbal or written instructions in English.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is required, as this role involves driving golf carts around the premises and there is no public transportation available to our location.

Additional Details:

These are Seasonal part-time positions that report to the Housekeeping Team Lead. The successful applicant must be available to work between 20-30 hours per week, through to October 14th, 2026. Flexibility will be required to work across a variety of shifts including morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Shifts may vary and are typically scheduled from 6:00am to 2:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and certification, prior to commencing employment.
